I'll check this out and will probably play in it, sounds awesome.  I'm guessing they are going to have a few hundred people in this.

Usually about 140 in these tournaments.

I spoke to the guy from the Iditarod yesterday, he said you can also buy tickets on your credit card, by phone: 1-800-545-6874.

An update on this;  I talked with the guy from the Iditarod last night and he said he hasn't sold as many tickets as he would have liked.  At this point the field isn't looking all that big.  He has sold 35 tickets so far.  The Alaska Poker Assocation is also selling tickets but he doesn't know how many they have sold. 

It sounds like there won't be the normal 140 people to get through.  He gave me 10 tickets to sell - if you guys want one, send me an e-mail at til@mtaonline.net and I will hook you up.  I will planning to play cards in Anchorage on Friday so I can get you a ticket then.  The ticket prices go up by $25 if you buy them at the door.
