I went running last night and had a freak thing happen, my back spasmed on me to where i had to stop running and lay on the floor of my house all last night.  At first i thought it was going to stink but there was a lot of good t.v. on last night so i didn't miss anything and my wife kept bringing me sandwiches to eat because I couldn't move.  That back spasm gave me a really nice night off of being lazy and getting catered to.  IT ROCKED!!!!!!
