    Angry [:@] Bodog SNG's

This is not really bad beat as much as bad game choice.

I normally play my sng's on UB and Pokerstars, I think they are the best for blind schedules and starting chips.  I was getting bored and had bodog open, so jim had talked about $50 heads up matches so I figured I would give it a try.  Wow if they do not have the worst structure for heads up matches that I have ever seen.  The Blinds go up every 10 hands so 20 minutes into the match the blinds where 150/300 and you start with 1000, so that means the bb is 1/3 of your starting stack, so any hand you play you are all in.  If you like to gamble, toss the money in the middle and hope for the best these are for you.  I of course had to go all in with A9 and got beat by K10, when a 10 showed up on the river.  Getting all my chip in with A9 20 minutes into the match is not the way I like to play poker.

I know French has had luck at these or at least says he has, but these are a card catching lottery.

I will stick with PS and UB and actually play some poker rather than play the lottery.

Yes, BoDog sng's are the absolute worst on the net. Headsup play should not escalate blinds by the number of hands. 10 hands take about 3 min. so 15 min into it you are playing for almost 20% of your initial stack every hand. Extremely stupid. They are as you say nothing but al lottery.

    Re: Bodog SNG's

I have done well with the heads up matches on Bodog.  Like I told you....I press hard from the start and have only seen 150/300 blinds one time in about 30 heads up matches.  I am about 85/15% winning percentage in heads up on Bodog and it's probably because the structure fits my "table image" as a pathetic gambler....Cool
