Wow I'd beat the dealer up for making so many mistakes during this one hand.  Just the fact he opened up his mouth to say "any two hearts will make a flush" I would beat him(does he say this every time there is a flush possible on the board?), nothing more annoying than people calling out possible winning combinations, ooh 10 9 will make a straight, ooh who's got a King for 3 of a kind.  The hand is over and that's not his job to call others possible hands, he's there to control the table and keep the game moving. 

With him not killing the hand as soon as the guy attempted to muck it and threw them forward, that should have been the end of the  hand right there, why would a dealer see a muck then say "any two hearts makes a flush" if a guy mucks a guy mucks, kill his hand and move onto the next deal...that is their job, if a person makes a mistake and mucks the winning hand face down, that's their own fault.  Keep the game moving.

The other person didn't do anything wrong, i'd be so mad at the dealer for making so many mistakes during the hand, killing the flow of the game, of course this is also why we're not in vegas :) this is  a local cardroom with no regulations or laws for how they are run.
