Hi, I'm new here.....

I stumbled upon this site and thought I would join.  I live in Palmer, AK.  I usually play here in The Valley at various cash games and tournaments.  I sometimes play the free tourneys in Wasilla and Anchorage (Crazy Horse).  I also play on PokerStars under the name AlaskaGal.  I prefer to play live instead of online.    My husband and I just got back from playing in WSOP events.  We had a great time and we can't wait to go back again next year!

Just thought I would drop in and say hello!

We both did pretty good.  I placed 57th in event #15 and my husband placed 185th in event #17.  So we both cashed.  I played 2/5 NL at the MGM and 4/8 Limit at the Rio.  We both came home with plenty of cash.  

I played in a cash game tonight and gave some of it away.....I like to call it "A bad run of good cards".  I was getting great cards but either the flop when another way or someone would river me.  It sucked.  Oh well, that's poker.
